Cancellation and refunds

• Free trial. 7 days, card required. Cancel before it ends and you’re never charged. One trial per person.
• Billing. Monthly or yearly, in advance, in US dollars, renewing until you cancel. We’ll email you before each yearly renewal.
• Cancel any time in the app (Settings → AI & plan → Manage subscription) or by email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; your journal stays on your computer.
• Refunds. A full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded. Email support@yourgreatestwork.com from your account email; refunds go back to your card in about 5–10 business days.
• Your legal rights aren’t affected.
